🐄In the heart of the Cézallier high plateaus, in Saint-Hérém, our farm lives to the rhythm of the seasons of 25 years, the mountain winds, and the steady pace of our cows. Here, cattle raising and cheesemaking are more than a profession: they are a family story, a know-how passed down with passion from generation to generation.
🧀Every day, we collect raw milk from our cows, nourished on the mountain pastures. This milk, crafted with care and precise gestures, becomes authentic cheeses that embody the very taste of Cantal: the richness of the flora, the purity of the air, and the patience of aging.
🏔️We believe in small-scale farming, true to the values of transparency, respect, and quality. Our cheeses are not just products: they tell the story of our land, our family heritage, and our love for wide open spaces.
🏔️We welcome visitors, curious minds and cheese lovers alike: farm tours and tastings in our aging cellars are available upon reservation (groups are welcome). Because cheese is meant to be shared, we invite you to taste, discover, and feel the authenticity of our craft.
